I feel like things are starting to finally fall into place. I cant really explain a lot on here right now but soon I will share all. Brett and I have been have some hard conversations these last couple weeks. We're trying to figure out where our lives need to be and what we need to be doing. We have made some hard and scary decisions but in the end its working out the way in needs to and I know that things are going to be ok. I am so excited for what is in store for me and Brett. Our lives are just beginning and we are sooo excited!
A little update on whats been going on lately...I am loving my job! I love going to work and not sitting home all day everyday! Its so nice to get out of my house and be around other people. I love the sense of self worth that I have. I finally feel like I am a contributing factor in my marriage and I couldnt be happier. And of course Brett is happy too. Hello he's not the only one paying the bills anymore! woohoo!
Brett got a promotion type thing at work...honestly I dont really know how to explain it but I'll try....here we go....so last year Best Buy did a restructure. They cut a few supervisor and manager positions in the company. Well now corporate is realizing their mistake and they are bringing back the supervisor positions that they cut, just for the holiday season. Well Brett got one of these positions...its not techinically a supervisor position, but it is. Weird and confusing, I know. There is no pay raise but it will look better for him when he applies for positions within the company. So its all good and I am so happy for him and proud of him. He is a hard worker and deserves to be recognized for his hard work.
