such a great week!

lets see...lets start with Saturday August 6th, can I just say TIM MCGRAW!!!! Oh my gosh! Best concert ever! I've been to a couple concerts and that, by far, was the best. We went with some friends Jose and Olivia. It was Jose's idea to surprise Olivia at the concert. So we went to dinner first and then showed up the at concert. She was so excited and couldn't believe that we kept it a secret. Anyway...TIM was awesome! My voice however did not love him so much the next morning. My voice was so raspy, but it was totally worth it. Anyway, Sunday and Monday we spent the day with all of our family, as we usually do. I love our families! Even with all the drama that goes on, I wouldn't trade what we have for the world.

My work week always starts on Tuesday, so I went into work. After about a half hour of being there my boss calls me into her office. I always get so nervous when she does this. She never has any emotion when she asks me to come in so I never know if its something bad or good. Anyway, me and my nerves headed in there. When I get in there she pulls out a paper(instantly I start freaking out that its a write up) well it turns out to be a welcome letter saying that I was officially the new Phlebotomist Senior! YAY for a promotion! I've been with the company for 11 months and I feel like I have accomplished so much already. I am so excited for this position and I am so excited to work with the Phlebotomist Supervisor. I was so excited I instantly ran to the break room and text Brett. haha

Even more exciting things...I took my last class over the summer and found out today that I passed! Thats right! I now I have my Associates! I am so excited and so happy to finally have my Associates! It such a relief. My next plan is to start nursing school. I eventually want to be a Labor and Delivery nurse. But I want Brett to be done with school first. Thats right! Brett went back to school this summer too! I am so proud of him! He finished his first semester with B+'s in both classes. I am just so proud of him. Even with working full time and going to school and doing homework, he still manages to be the best husband ever! I know I am not the easiest person to handle, all my emotions and all that jazz, but he still loves me and puts up with me.

Anyway....We had a pretty awesome week! Now lets just hope that carries on to next week too....(that'll make sense later) please just keep my family in your thoughts and prayers...I know you don't know why but we really need it right now. Thanks :)
